service supporting adults experiencing persistent, severe, and complex mental health challenges.

THE ROLE
Clinical and Operational management
of maultidisciplinary team.
Provide high-quality, recovery-oriented and trauma-informed services.
Oversee service performance
and maintain strong clinical governance
manage internal and external stakeholder relationship,
Drive service development and improvement
to ensure continued exceptional outcomes for the community.
ABOUT YOU
Registered
Psychologist, Mental Health Nurse
, or
Social Worker
Senior leadership experience within community or mental health services
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
and providing clinical leadership
Strong knowledge of recovery-oriented, trauma-informed and person-centred practice
Experience in clinical governance, quality improvement and stakeholder engagement
A passion for leading teams and delivering exceptional mental health services.
