The role sits at Level 4 of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Industry Award 2010

About the Role

Coast2Bay’s Tenancy Property Managers are part of our Housing Services Team managing a portfolio of tenancies. The position delivers tenancy, property and community engagement activities, including connecting tenants with communities and facilitating support as required to sustain tenancies.

Key Responsibilities




Assisting tenants to achieve their housing needs.
Managing housing allocations and intake processes.
Conducting property inspections and coordinate responsive repairs and maintenance.
Resolving disputes and managing complaints
Liaising with support agencies, government and non-government agencies on tenancy matters.

Skills & Experience Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Proven experience working with vulnerable client groups.
Solid organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Diploma in Tenancy Coordination, Social Housing, Property Management or a similar field and or equivalent experience, is desirable.
