You:
You will love being the face and voice of the firm and have a passion for being skilled and client-focused and playing a pivotal role as the firm's Front of House Corporate Receptionist.
You will have strong interpersonal skills, and polished presentation with a warm and engaging disposition.
Responsibilities
Manage reception duties, including answering calls, meeting and greeting clients and visitors, and handling inquiries.
Organisation of meeting rooms, being the "go-to" for booking and arranging catering as required.
Maintain a professional and organised reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Provide administrative support, such as mail and couriers.
Requirements
Proven career as a Corporate Receptionist.
A genuine love and respect for a career as a Corporate Receptionist.
Exceptional customer service skills and experience.
Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
High level of professionalism, maturity and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
