WH WILLIAMS is seeking an organized Dispatch Officer to oversee daily loading, scheduling, and outbound distribution of metal products. You will act as a liaison between warehouse, transport contractors, drivers, and sales to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries.

Key duties include coordinating dispatch, verifying paperwork, optimizing loads, and enforcing WHS/CoR protocols. Solid communication and forklift/ERP experience are essential for success in a busy industrial yard.
