Telefundraising Representative
. This is a phone-based sales role where you'll engage with existing and potential supporters, build rapport, and secure ongoing donations for leading charities based in Australia & New Zealand.
No experience? No problem
. If you've got a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and coaching you need to succeed.
The Job
Make outbound calls to engage and connect with current and new charity supporters
Build rapport and confidently present fundraising campaigns
Use your communication skills to achieve sales targets
Accurately update customer information and call outcomes
Contribute to a high-performing, energetic sales team
Who We're Looking For
A confident communicator who enjoys talking to people




Motivated by goals, targets, and bonuses
Positive, resilient, and eager to succeed
Customer service, retail, hospitality, fundraising, or sales experience is an advantage—but not essential
Full working rights or WHV accepted
Availability to work 4-5 days, Monday to Friday
