We're seeking compassionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Claims Assessors. You'll play a vital role in determining claims of all injury types, including physical and mental.

What You'll Do:
Solve problems in complex, ambiguous situations while staying compliant with legislation
Manage multiple tasks and hit performance targets without compromising quality




Deliver clear, transparent claim outcomes - including adverse decisions - by confidently explaining the rationale and ensuring customers understand the process
Manage and determine claims of all injury types, including; physical and mental - these will vary on levels of severity and the type of injury a customer has
Engage with stakeholders, build relationships with all parties involved; including employers, the customers and allied health professionals and take accountability
Balance empathy with objectivity whilst delivering an unfavourable outcome to the customer
Carry out administrative tasks to ensure all information is recorded correctly and accurately whilst working through the claim

You will need solid decision-making skills to make liability decisions on personal injury claims and confidence in backing the outcome
