We are an Australian manufacturer and distributor of Plumbing, Air-conditioning (HVAC) and Electrical parts, supplying trade customers throughout the country. Due to continued growth and rapid expansion, we're offering a full time position for a self-motivated, reliable and hard-working individual to join the team at our Caringbah warehouse.
The role
This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 3:00pm. We're flexible on the arrangement — a 4-days-on / 3-days-off roster is also an option — with average hours of 35–40 per week.
Duties include
Trade counter service – greeting customers on arrival, assisting with pickups, and handling all walk-in enquiries
Providing counter and phone service to trade customers
Processing customer orders and preparing quotes
Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
Loading and unloading trucks
Organising and maintaining stock
Supporting general sales activities
Maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse
Occasional local deliveries using a company ute
About you
To be successful, you will need:
Previous customer service experience
A minimum of 2 years' warehouse experience
A reliable, solid work ethic and attention to detail
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
A current driver's licence (forklift licence highly regarded)
Experience in plumbing, HVAC or electrical wholesale will be well regarded but is not essential — full product training is provided.
