The Role

As a Tax Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the firm’s compliance with Australian taxation laws, enhancing internal tax processes, and delivering strategic tax advisory services. You’ll work closely with clients, guide junior team members, and champion the use of technology to optimise service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure firm‑wide compliance with all relevant Australian tax legislation and regulatory requirements
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of tax law changes and industry developments
Improve and implement internal tax policies and procedures
Use technology to streamline tax compliance and advisory workflows




Collaborate across departments to support broader business initiatives
Mentor and support junior staff within the tax team

What You’ll Bring
Strong technical knowledge of Australian taxation law and compliance standards – CPA Qualified or equivalent
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
Confident communication and interpersonal abilities to engage clients and internal stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and competing deadlines
Proficiency in tax/accounting platforms such as Xero, MYOB, or similar
Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience within a tax or accounting workplace
