As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a reliable Waste Collection Truck Driver to join our Wagga Wagga team.

What the role looks like
You'll be behind the wheel of one of our collection vehicles, servicing homes and businesses across the region.
Every day is different, but your focus will be the same: collecting waste safely, efficiently and providing great service to our customers.
You'll be responsible for:
Operating a Heavy Rigid waste collection vehicle
Completing daily vehicle inspections and reporting any issues
Following collection routes and schedules
Working safely and complying with road laws and company procedures
Providing friendly, professional service when interacting with customers
Completing collection records and required paperwork
Supporting the wider operations team when needed
What we're looking for
We're after someone who is dependable,
safety-focused and willing to get stuck in.
You'll be a self-starter who can think on your feet, solve problems as they arise and take pride in getting the job done properly.
You'll ideally bring:
A current HR Licence with 5+ years' experience
A strong commitment to safe work practices
Good knowledge of local and regional roads
A positive attitude and team-first mindset
Proactive with the ability to work independently
Strong communication and customer service skills
The physical ability to perform manual tasks when required
Industry experience is great, but attitude matters just as much.
