About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focusedForkliftResource Facility Operatorto join our team in Greenacre.
This role involves a combination of general labouring, forklift operation, waste management and weighbridge duties.
The successful candidate will be confident using computers and communication systems, including radios and platforms such as WhatsApp, and will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general labouring and waste management duties.
Operate forklifts and other equipment to dispose of waste in accordance with client requirements.




Assist with weighbridge operations, including computer-based systems and accurate record keeping.
Communicate effectively using radios and digital communication platforms such as WhatsApp.
Handle materials including paper and plastic and load products into containers as required.
Operate a baler when required.
Maintain clean and protected work areas, including internal and external areas.
Prepare plant, machinery and work areas as required.
Complete paperwork and records accurately.
Provide professional and high-quality customer service at all times.
Maintain a professional image and comply with all workplace health and safety requirements.
Essential RequirementsMinimum6 months' hands-on forklift experience.
CurrentAustralian Class C Driver's Licence.
CurrentForklift Licence (LF).
Valuable computer literacy and communication skills.
Confident using radios and digital communication platforms such as WhatsApp.
Ability to work with weighbridge operations and computer-based systems.
DesirableExperience using weighbridge software.
Previous experience in the waste management industry.
