Currently there is an opportunity at our Chullora office for a proactive Estimator and Sales Representativeto join the Idealair Group sales team.
The Role:
Read, interpret and complete mechanical take-offs to capture all equipment Idealair can supply on projects.
Provide project quotations to customers by the due dates requested. Ensure customer requirements are met or qualified in quotations by reviewing in detail contract documents.
Provide assistance to customers with technical fan selections, diffusion and other various products.
Answer customer enquiries on price and availability of stock.
Through various sources contact potential customers eg. referral from external sales, follow-up of quotations, referral from existing customers.
Develop ongoing, repeat business relationships with new and existing customers.




Ensure customer orders are processed in accordance with Fantech Operating Procedure.
Project coordination and administration.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate should:
Have proven experience in sales or experience sales, mechanical estimating, customer service and a desire to build relationships and sell a market-leading range of ventilation products. Experience within the HVAC market and knowledge of air conditioning systems is advantageous but not essential. Engineering, tertiary, or trade qualifications as well as sales experience in the ventilation industry are also an advantage but not essential.
