We're on the lookout for an experiencedAccounts Payable & Payroll Officerwho enjoys variety, thrives in a rapid-paced environment, and wants to be part of a business where no two days are the same.
Working alongside a supportive accounts team, you'll help keep the wheels turning by supporting our dealerships across a range ofmarket-leading automotive brands.
From Accounts Payable to payroll, you'll play an important role in the success of our business.
About the Role
Process supplier invoices, payments and chase outstanding bills.
Maintain supplier accounts and account details.
Perform account and credit card reconciliations.
Prepare and process journal entries.
Process end to end payroll for approx.130 employees across four locations.
Process fortnightly superannuation payments.
Process customer refunds accurately and in a timely manner.
Complete accurate data entry and maintain financial records.
Resolve account queries and liaise with suppliers.




Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc duties as required.
About You
Previous experience in anAccounts Payable, Payroll or similar finance role is essential.
You have excellent attention to detail, enjoy staying organised and love ticking things off your to-do list.
You're a team player who isn't afraid to jump in and help wherever needed.
Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office is highly regarded.
