The Role:
Millennium have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and reliable cleaners to become part of our team at ourRetail and Shopping Center siteatPenrith, NSW!
This role is ideal for individuals who love working in a fast-paced environment, have great attention to detail, and enjoy creating clean and welcoming spaces for our clients and customers.
We have multipleFull-time positionavailable, with shifts across weekends and weekdays.
This position will be based on award wages.Award Level 2
ROSTER
Tuesday to Saturday: 06:30 am -*****pm
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard
Deliver site cleaning services and maintain quality standards
Manage rosters, team performance, and training
Liaise with clients and support site operations
Oversee cleaning equipment, stock control, and ordering
Ensure compliance with safety, KPI, and incident requirements
Sweeping and mopping
Cleaning of glass, both internal and external
Leading a small cleaning team
About You:




Demonstrated cleaning experience, in a commercial environment would be an advantage.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Previous experience supervising, rostering or leading a small cleaning team.
Experience operating cleaning machinery (sweepers/scrubbers)
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Basic computer skills
Strong ability to support, motivate, and manage staff to maintain high cleaning standards.
Able to complete online induction upon commencement
Physically fit, proactive, and quick to learn
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reside within 30 minutes of the site location
Proven experience of working in a team successfully.
The ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.
Solid attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Can demonstrate strong reliability and punctuality while at work.
Good understanding of Work Health and Safety standards.
Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays when required.
Experience with floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is a plus.
You must have valid work rights in Australia.
