Solutions In Mind Psychology is expanding, and we're looking for a driven and compassionate Psychologist (Provisional or Fully Registered) to join our well-established and thriving practice in Penrith.

What You'll Be Doing:
Provide psychological assessment and intervention services (with a focus on children and adolescents)
Collaborate with families, schools, service providers and allied professionals to achieve best possible outcomes for clients
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care across a range of presentations
Provide individual and group evidenced based interventions
Participate in team supervision and professional development opportunities
Who We're Looking For:
We want team members who value empathy, inclusion, and long-term growth—for both clients and themselves
Provisional or Full AHPRA registration (or pending within 4 weeks)
Strong interest in working with children, adolescents, and families
Desirable Experience (not required but highly valued):
Experience with neurodiverse populations
Group program facilitation
Trauma-informed care
Supporting children with behavioural challenges
Experience in school or community-based settings
