HAPPYSOUL CATERING PTY is looking for Skilled Sous Chefs to join our dedicated kitchen team to run located within Narrabri Golf Club at 116 Gibbons Street Narrabri NSW **** Australia As a Sous Chef in ourHappysoul Catering Pty Ltd you'll oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring creativity, consistency, and quality across every service.
You'll lead by example, from hands-on cooking to mentoring your team and maintaining strong cost and quality controls.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Lead and support the kitchen team during service.




Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Contribute to menu development and seasonal updates.
Managing preparation , ordering and stock control
Ensure food safety and kitchen hygiene standards are maintained.
Supervise, train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Assist with rostering, ordering and stock control.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Commercial Cookery or Kitchen Management & Dip of Hosp Mgmt.
or 3 years Work Exp
Must have 1 year experience in a similar role.
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
Positive attitude and robust team spirit
Honest, humble, and results-driven
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $80,****** – $85,****** per year
