We're looking for a commercially minded Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across NSW and QLD, selling innovative warehouse automation, storage, and intralogistics solutions.
This role suits a consultative sales professional who enjoys solving operational challenges, building strong customer relationships, and managing complex B2B sales opportunities.

About the Role
You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities while growing existing customer relationships across logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and achieve territory targets
Identify and convert new business opportunities
Manage and grow key customer accounts
Conduct site visits and develop tailored solutions
Prepare proposals, tenders, and business cases




Collaborate with engineering and technical teams
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM discipline
About You
You are curious, commercially astute, and thrive in consultative sales environments.
Ideally, you will have:
5+ years' B2B sales experience
Experience in solution, project, or capital equipment sales
A proven track record in new business development
Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Strong territory management and pipeline development skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Industry experience in one or more of the following is highly regarded:
Warehouse automation
Intralogistics or material handling
Industrial automation
Manufacturing equipment
Packaging automation
Supply chain and logistics solutions
