About the Role
We're looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join a growing team.
This is an inbound-heavy role ******% of your leads come to you) where your job is to qualify opportunities, add value, and set the wheels in motion for the Field Sales team to close the deal.
You'll be the first port of call for a huge, largely untapped market of independent schools who haven't been contacted yet - so there's a real "get in first" opportunity here for the right person.
When you're not handling inbound traffic you'll be proactively building relationships with existing clients.
What you'll be doing:
Handling a strong flow of inbound leads and turning them into qualified opportunities




Building relationships and pipeline from the ground up
Setting up site visits and meetings for the Field Sales team
Working closely (think: buddy system) with your Field Sales partner, who leads on strategy
Finding the need behind every enquiry and showing the customer the value of saying yes
What We're Looking For:
Someone who'shappy to work hard and put their head down- this isn't a role for coasting
A bit of energy and personality - we want someone whobrings the buzzand helps brighten up the office
Someone who sees this as more than "just a job" - a genuinestepping stonein a sales career
Comfortable being office-based, working alongside a close-knit, hard-working team 3 days a week
Some experience of an inside sales role is going to really help.
