Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.

Manage bookings, workflow, and daily clinic operations.

Monitor KPIs and help drive clinic performance and business growth.

Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions, and social media.

Manage stock, suppliers, and clinic presentation.

Develop systems and processes as the business grows.

Work closely with the clinic owner to achieve long-term business goals.

Previous experience managing a cosmetic, skin, medical, or allied health clinic is preferred.

Experience with Timely or similar practice management software is an advantage.
