This hands‑on Purchasing Officer role will manage day‑to‑day purchasing activities, support suppliers and internal stakeholders, and help ensure materials and services are available to support site operations. You will be responsible for purchase order processing, supplier coordination, invoice queries, and maintaining accurate procurement records while working across ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities
Manage purchase order creation, processing and administration.
Coordinate with suppliers to support timely delivery of goods and services.
Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
Support invoice matching, reconciliation and resolution of purchasing queries.
Work closely with operations, finance and internal stakeholders.
Manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Skills & Experience
Experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally within an industrial, manufacturing or operational workplace.




Robust experience using ERP purchasing systems, ideally JD Edwards.
Experience with purchase order processing, supplier management and procurement administration.
Solid attention to detail with accurate data entry and record‑keeping skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Certificate IV or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or related discipline preferred.
