Our Business is growing and we are taking on new clients.
We are currently looking for Community Support Workers who want to play an active role in supporting people with disabilities live their best lives.
We want to hear from you if:
You are ethical, self-motivated and committed to making a difference for people with a disability
You love to empower clients with choice and control
You have exceptional customer service and advocacy skills
You are professional, dedicated and always display a person centred approach
You have flexibility to work a rotating roster including sleep over shifts and weekend shifts




You have valid Australian work rights including citizenship, permanent residency, or appropriate work visa
Applicants are expected to undergo a physical capacity assessment and drug and alcohol test prior to employment.
Applicants must also have a positive notices card (Working with Children Blue Card) and an NDIS Worker Screening Card (Yellow Card), or be willing to obtain prior to employment.
A Driver's license is essential, as is access to your own vehicle.
