Disability Support Worker – Supported Independent Living (SIL) – Southwest Sydney
Your Role:
Supporting clients with all aspects of daily living while promoting independence and dignity
Providing personal care as required (including high physical support needs where applicable)
Assisting with domestic tasks including cooking, cleaning, and household management
Supporting clients in the community, including appointments and social participation
Encouraging skill development, routine, and independence
Supporting emotional regulation and overall wellbeing
Working independently and collaboratively within a team to ensure consistent support practices
What We're Looking For:
Experience supporting individuals with mental health, intellectual disabilities, and/or complex physical needs
Empathetic, patient, and adaptable approach
Ability to work across different environments (SIL and in-home/community settings)
Reliable and able to work both independently and within a team
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, and valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
Relevant qualifications (Cert IV in Disability or equivalent experience) preferred
