What you’ll be doing
Lead estimating, cost planning, and tender preparation for commercial projects
Engage early with clients and consultants to shape project outcomes
Analyse drawings, specifications, and methodologies with a critical lens
Drive value engineering and smart construction solutions
Build and manage subcontractor pricing and relationships
Contribute to how we improve systems, processes, and delivery

What you bring
3+ years’ experience in commercial construction estimating
Solid understanding of buildability, sequencing, and methodology
Ability to interpret drawings and develop accurate cost plans
Experience across projects in the $1M–$15M range
Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and improve
Clear communication and the ability to work as part of a tight team
