We are seeking an Experienced full time Property Manager, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, with an immediate start available.

What We're Looking For
A current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
A valid driver's licence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
A proactive, client-focused attitude
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Previous experience in property management is desirable but not essential

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords,



tenants & suppliers
Manage rent receipting, arrears, and bond finalisations
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and work orders
Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and periodic inspections
Ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant
Prepare correspondence, file notes, and maintain accurate records
Schedule and coordinate appointments
Advertise and lease properties
Prospect for and secure new property managements
Support business development initiatives

Skills & Experience
Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software
High level of organisation and ability to prioritise tasks
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality service
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
