Case Work Support Officer | Fixed Term 12 Months | Foster Care

Can be based in either Sydney (Bella Vista), Parkes or Broken Hill

Support Foster Care Case Work teams by delivering high-quality administrative, compliance, and quality assurance support by ensuring accurate record keeping, regulatory compliance, and robust stakeholder engagement to maintain excellence in foster care services.

Duties
Provide admin and compliance support to case work teams
Prepare and document meetings and case-related processes
Maintain accurate client data and track case movements
Conduct audits and quality checks on documentation
Liaise with government, carers, and stakeholders as required

Skills & Experience




Knowledge of foster care standards and state regulations
Solid admin, organisation, and record-keeping skills
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
Experience with compliance and quality systems
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Community Services, or a related discipline highly desirable
