What You Will Do:
Provide exceptional customer service to retail and trade clients
Assist customers with product selection, design ideas, placement, and installation advice
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked showroom environment
Process sales transactions and payments efficiently
Coordinate product deliveries with customers and suppliers




Support general admin and daily team tasks to keep operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
Friendly, confident communicator with a passion for helping people
Experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, sales, or administration is a plus
Willingness to learn—full product and sales training provided
Organised, reliable, and a true team player
