Full Job DescriptionEngineering Trades Australia is currently seeking an experiencedElectrical Leading Handfor a long-term commercial project inSpring Hill, Brisbane, QLD.The project involves extensive internal refurbishment and electrical fit-out works in a hotel.
This is a great chance for an experienced electrician looking to step into a leadership role on a sizeable project.
About the Role
Leading a team of electricians and apprentices
Coordinating daily electrical activities on site
Commercial electrical fit-out and installation
Rough-in, fit-off and final electrical works
Lighting, power and general electrical services
Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and plans
Coordinating materials and labour requirements
Conducting pre-starts and maintaining site safety standards
Working closely with the builder, supervisors and other trades




Monitoring progress and ensuring work is completed to a high standard
What We're Looking For
Current QLD Electrical Licence
Proven experience as an Electrical Leading Hand or experienced electrician ready to step up
Strong commercial construction or fit-out experience
Ability to lead a small team and coordinate site activities
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
Strong communication and organisational skills
White Card
Current CPR & LVR
Driver's Licence
