About the Role
We're looking for adriven and professional Personal Trainerto join our growing team.
If you're passionate about helping people achieve their best, eager to keep learning, and want to work in a supportive, high-performance environment — this is the opportunity for you.
You'll work 1-on-1 with a diverse range of clients, from corporate professionals to transformation clients, helping them build strength, improve their health, and achieve real results.
We're especially looking for someone who ispassionate about body composition, fitness, or bodybuilding themselves— someone who leads by example and inspires clients through their own dedication and results.
You'll have the opportunity tobuild your coaching load up to 25+ sessions per week (25+ hours), with many of our trainers completingup to 45 sessions per week (45 hours), creating significant earning potential and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalized 1-on-1 training sessions aligned with each client's goals.
Conduct initial consultations and structural assessments to build tailored programs.
Educate clients on training, nutrition, and sustainable lifestyle habits.
Track progress using the MPH app — body metrics, check-ins, and performance data.
Maintain high coaching standards and consistent client communication.
Engage in weekly professional development, mentorship, and advanced training.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:Cert IV in Fitness (minimum).
Attitude:Your starting point of knowledge isn't what matters — it's yourhunger to learn, ability to apply MPH systems, and commitment to personal and professional growth.
Skills:Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship building.
Mindset:Growth mindset, reliability,coachable and open to constructive feedback, and hunger to learn andlead by example through your own fitness journey.
Teamwork:Ability to thrive in a collaborative, supportive team environment.
Reliability:Our client sessions are appointment based consistently.
We are looking for organized and reliable coaches to join our team that maintain the standard and are committed to our clients progress.
Who We're Not Looking For
We want to be upfront about the type of trainer thatdoesn't fit our team culture.
We arenot looking fortrainers who:
Don't lead by example or prioritize their own fitness and training.
Prefer to work solo and aren't willing to collaborate as part of a team.
Have ego issues, aren't coachable, or are resistant to constructive feedback.
Lack hunger, ambition, or a desire to grow — those who only want to do the minimum number of sessions.
Don't see personal training as a full-time career and aren't committed to long-term development.
We thrive onteamwork, growth, and high performance, and we want trainers who share this mindset.
We're looking for trainers who can workmornings and afternoons during the week, with weekends optional.
Our operating hours areMonday–Friday: 5:00am–8:00pmandSaturday–Sunday: 5:00am–12:00pm.
Priority will be given to trainers available during our peak times:mornings 6:00am–9:00amandevenings 5:00pm–8:00pm, when personal training demand is highest.
