ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY




You will manage an active residential portfolio within a fast-paced but highly organised property management department.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident working independently, yet values being part of a supportive, collaborative team.
You will oversee the full property lifecycle, including landlord and tenant communication, maintenance coordination, inspections, compliance, and arrears management.
With strong systems, experienced leadership, and a well-structured office environment, you will be set up for success from day one.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio
Regular communication with landlords and tenants
Coordination of maintenance, repairs, and routine inspections
Management of arrears, lease renewals, and tenancy compliance
Ensuring full compliance with NSW tenancy legislation
Maintaining accurate records, reporting, and portfolio performance
Working closely with leasing, admin, and sales teams
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Minimum 2+ years experience in residential Property Management
Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation and compliance requirements
Confident managing a high-volume portfolio independently
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
