About the Role
As our Queensland team continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Restoration Technician who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems and delivering great outcomes for customers.
As a Restoration Technician, you'll respond to emergency call-outs, assess property damage and carry out restoration works across a variety of projects.

Working alongside Australia's leading insurers, we deliver high-quality restoration and insurance repair services across residential and commercial properties.
What you'll do
Here's what your day‐to‐day could look like:
Respond to emergency call-outs and assess property damage
Carry out detailed site assessments and write up accurate reports
Perform water extraction, drying, mould remediation, and structural cleaning
Operate restoration equipment safely and effectively
Restore affected properties through light repair and renovation




Communicate with clients and project managers throughout each job
Participate in scheduled after‐hours and weekend work (with generous rates)
About you
We're looking for someone who has:
3+ years' experience in restoration or a similar trade‐based role
Solid knowledge ofwater damage, fire, smoke, and mould remediation.
Strong problem‐solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's licence, police check, and working with children check
IICRC qualifications (highly regarded)
