What You'll Do
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email
Accurately process orders and coordinate timely deliveries
Provide explicit information about our products and services
Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently




Maintain accurate records of orders, interactions, and feedback
Work closely with sales and logistics teams to keep customers informed and supported

What You'll Bring
Previous experience in a customer service or coordination role
Minimum 2+ years of customer service or coordination experience required
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and CRM systems (2+ years experience)
A team-oriented, positive, and customer-focused approach
(Desirable) Experience in the plumbing or building industry
(Desirable) Knowledge of MYOB and Salesforce
Australian work rights are required for this position
