We're looking for a motivated and organisedJunior Property Managerto join us as a full-time, in-office team member, responsible for maintaining the presentation, compliance, and overall condition of our residential portfolio.
This is a fast-paced role that plays a key part in ensuring our properties remain well maintained, compliant, and presented to a consistently high standard.
You'll coordinate inspections, identify property issues, arrange maintenance where required, and support the ongoing management of our growing portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing:
Conducting routine property inspections across the portfolio
Completing detailed inspection reports with clear photographs and documentation
Identifying maintenance issues, defects, and property faults during inspections
Reporting maintenance items promptly and ensuring appropriate follow-up
Monitoring the overall presentation and condition of properties to ensure they meet company standards
Coordinating Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS) inspections and compliance requirements
Arranging routine inspections, council inspections, valuation appointments, and other required property access
Liaising with occupants, contractors, councils, and service providers to coordinate appointments
Maintaining accurate records, notes, inspection reports, and supporting documentation within PropertyMe
Assisting with maintaining compliance across the portfolio
Supporting the property management team with day-to-day operational tasks
Prioritising workload and managing multiple inspections and appointments each day
Ensuring all tasks are completed promptly and professionally
Communicating clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders
Continuously identifying opportunities to improve property presentation and operational efficiency
Mid week and weekend Open Homes (1 day off during the week)

Job Requirements:
Previous experience in property management, administration, or real estate is preferred but not essential
Certificate of Registration or Current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence (preferred or willingness to obtain)
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Experience using PropertyMe or similar software is advantageous but not essential
Access to a reliable, roadworthy vehicle for work-related travel
Full Australian working rights
Ability to travel throughout the portfolio to conduct inspections
