We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our Newcastle team with an Immediate start!
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, providing solutions, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced workplace.
You will be responsible for providing customer support, preparing quotes, processing orders, and delivering sales-related assistance to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and seamless service.
You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Dispatch, and branch leadership teams while contributing to a national customer service framework focused on consistency, quality, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Customer Experience Deliver professional, timely, and accurate customer service through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.Manage customer enquiries and provide effective solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.Support the complete customer journey, including order entry, order maintenance, delivery coordination, and post-delivery follow-up.Investigate and resolve customer issues, including order discrepancies, product damages, credits and returns.Maintain accurate customer records, notesBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers Sales Support & Quoting Prepare accurate and timely customer quotations using approved pricing and quoting systems.Provide product information and solution-based recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders.Support the Sales team with lead follow-up, quote revisions, and customer enquiries.Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met and orders are delivered Identify opportunities to enhance customer outcomes and support business growth.
