An exciting opportunity has become available for a Financial Accountant to join a well-established and growing organisation with a large, collaborative finance team.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the financial reporting of a diverse portfolio of entities, ensuring accurate month-end reporting and maintaining the integrity of the financial records.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly financial statements for a portfolio of entities
Manage the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
Complete balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances
Prepare journals, accruals and prepayments
Assist with statutory reporting and year-end audit requirements
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Work collaboratively with the wider finance team to continually improve processes and reporting
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
CA or ACCA or CPA qualified (or working towards)
Previous experience in a Financial Accountant or Assistant Accountant role
Strong month-end reporting and reconciliation experience
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across the business
A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and develop
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Experience working with ERP systems will be highly regarded
