About the Role
We are currently seeking a Riggers to join our maintenance team supporting ongoing industrial maintenance works across sites in the Gladstone region.
This role is ideal for a safety-focused and reliable individual with strong experience in lifting operations, and maintenance environments.
We are specifically seeking Gladstone-based personnel to support our local workforce and client commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Perform rigging and lifting activities safely and efficiently.
Plan and execute lifting operations in accordance with site procedures and standards.
Work collaboratively with crane operators, scaffolders, tradespeople, and supervisors.
Inspect and maintain rigging equipment to ensure compliance and safety.
Participate in pre-start meetings, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
Support maintenance and project-related works across industrial sites.
Promote and maintain a strong safety culture at all times.
About You
Current High Risk Work Licence – Rigging (RI, RA or RB)
Current EWP Licence (WP)
Construction Industry White Card
Current C Class Driver's Licence
Working at Heights (within 2 years)
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
