Key Responsibilities
Assessing and issuing building approvals across commercial and/or residential projects
Managing and delivering commercial certification projects from approval through to completion
Conducting mandatory inspections and issuing compliance documentation
Providing technical advice to builders, designers, and clients
Ensuring compliance with the NCC, relevant legislation, and local requirements
Liaising with councils and key stakeholders
Supporting the continued growth of the commercial project portfolio

About You
RegisteredLevel 1 Building Surveyor(or close to registration)
Experience in commercial certification (residential experience also welcomed)
Strong knowledge of the NCC and Queensland building legislation
Confident communicator with a practical, solutions-focused approach
Organised, professional, and comfortable managing your own projects
