This is a fantastic opportunity for aCA or CPA qualified professionallooking to step into a broad, commercially focused role with exposure to consolidation, tax, and financial reporting at a group level.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepareincome tax returns and disclosures, ensuring full compliance with Australian and New Zealand tax regulations
Assist withtransfer pricing documentationand review calculations in line with regulatory standards
Managetax effect accounting, including provisions, deferred tax, and quarterly reporting
PrepareBAS and GST reporting, including apportionment analysis
Lead the preparation ofannual consolidated financial statements, including ESG reporting and disclosures
Provide insightfulP&L; analysis and variance commentary




Supportforecasting and annual budgeting processes
Performbalance sheet reconciliationsand follow up outstanding items
Coordinate withinternal and external auditorsand assist in resolving audit queries
Contribute tointernal controls, process improvements, and system enhancements
Supervise an Assistant Accountantand support their development
Assist withad-hoc finance projectsas required
About You:
CA or CPA qualified (essential)
Strong experience ingroup consolidation, tax, and GST
Background in alarge or multinational environmentpreferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide meaningful financial insights
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
