Harrigan's Hunter Valley is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Gaming Attendant/Hosts to join our team. As a Gaming Attendant/Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our gaming facilities. This is a casual role, based at our Pokolbin, NSW location.

What you'll be doing
Greeting and assisting customers in the gaming area, ensuring they have a positive and enjoyable experience
Monitoring the gaming floor, addressing any customer queries or concerns promptly and professionally
Maintaining a clean, well-organised and inviting gaming workplace
Complying with all relevant gaming regulations and internal policies
Providing general support to the gaming operations team as required

What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or gaming-related role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service




Familiarity with gaming regulations and procedures
Enthusiasm, flexibility and a positive attitude
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
