Position: NDIS Support Worker Casual

Locations: Primarily Gold Coast

Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for dedicated NDIS Support Workers to join our organisation and provide high-quality, person-centred support to people living with disability.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will work closely with participants to help them achieve their goals and live independently. Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
Supporting household tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation and shopping
Providing transport to appointments, social events, and community activities
Encouraging skill development, independence, and confidence
Offering companionship and emotional support

What We’re Looking For




Experience in disability, aged care or community services (preferred)
Empathy, patience and a genuine passion for supporting people
Solid communication and teamwork skills
Reliability and a positive attitude

Essential Requirements
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
First Aid & CPR Certificate
Working With Children Check
Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred) and insurance
COVID-19 vaccination evidence
Certificate II in individual support or higher
