Axiom Technologies is seeking a POS Hardware Support Technician to provide in office and on-call support for POS hardware in Mackay, QLD.
The role covers installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of POS devices to ensure minimal downtime and optimal customer service operations.
The ideal candidate has a IT/electronics qualification and 1–3 years' experience in retail/service POS environments, with strong hardware knowledge and communication skills.
Shift flexibility is preferred.
