We're looking for a passionate, enthusiastic Diploma qualified Educator to join our team full time.

At our purpose-built, 64-place centre, we welcome children aged 6 weeks to 6 years into an environment that fosters deep connections, lifelong learning, and meaningful play.

About the Role
As a Diploma Educator, you will play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive,



and engaging learning environment that supports each child's development and wellbeing.
You'll work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality early education aligned with the EYLF and the National Quality Framework.
Key Responsibilities
Build warm, respectful, and secure relationships with children and families
Plan, implement, and reflect on developmentally appropriate learning experiences
Support children's learning through play-based and intentional teaching practices
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment
Contribute to observations, documentation, and programming
Work collaboratively with the team to meet centre goals and quality standards
Follow all policies and procedures, including child protection and health & safety
About You
You are someone who:
Holds aDiploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
Has a genuine passion for early childhood education
Is reliable, motivated, and brings positive energy to the team
Communicates professionally with children, families, and colleagues
Is versatile and willing to support the operational needs of the centre
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
ValidWorking With Children Check
CurrentFirst Aid, Anaphylaxis & Asthmacertificates
Knowledge of theEYLFandNQF
