We're Hiring: Research Assistant / Project Assistant Employment Type: Full-Time Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Research Assistant / Project Assistant to support research initiatives, project coordination, and day-to-day operational activities.
This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills who are passionate about research, project execution, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research, data collection, and information analysis to support ongoing projects.
Perform market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
Prepare research reports, presentations, and project documentation.
Coordinate project timelines, schedules, meetings, and follow-up actions.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and project files.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Liaise with team members, clients, vendors, and external partners to facilitate project execution.
Support administrative and operational activities related to research and project management.
Analyze data and generate insights to support business and project decisions.




Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to project efficiency.
Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in research, project coordination, administration, consulting, or related fields is an advantage.
Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
High attention to detail and robust problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
