We are seeking an experiencedAccounts Officer / Bookkeeperto join our team and take ownership of the day-to-day financial administration of the business.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working independently, has excellent attention to detail, and is confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
About the Role
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Weekly payroll processing
Bank and account reconciliations
Month-end financial reporting
Project costing and profitability reporting
Budgeting and forecasting support
Customer invoicing and progress claims
Credit control and debtor management
General bookkeeping and financial administration




Supporting continuous improvement of financial processes
About You
Previous experience in an Accounts Officer or Bookkeeper role
Strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
Payroll processing experience
Experience preparing month-end financial reports
Project costing or job costing experience
Strong knowledge of Xero
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
A professional, reliable and confidential approach
Bookkeeping or Accounting qualification
Civil construction or construction industry experience
