The Opportunity
We are excited to announce the opening of our new Penrith store, and we're looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead this new chapter.
This is a unique opportunity to rebuild, shape, and lead a high-performing team at our Penrith location, setting the standard for customer experience and store success.
This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your Role
Take ownership of the store's success
Recruit, develop, and inspire a strong and motivated team
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty and trust
Drive sales performance and exceed targetsOversee all operational and administrative functions
Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
Lead by example and foster a positive, high-energy team culture
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and develop teams
A results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets
The ability to thrive in a rapid-paced retail workplace
Jewellery experience is not essential; we provide on floor training.
