Your Mates Brewing Co. on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced Brewer for our production crew. This hands-on role covers day-to-day beer production across our Warana brewery and involves working independently within a small, hardworking team.
Key duties include wort production on a 5-vessel, 20 hL brewhouse, fermentation and maturation checks, tank transfers, CIP, yeast handling and strict quality control. You'll collaborate with production and packaging to ensure consistent quality.
