We are seeking experienced Steel Fabricators to join our agile team at OTF Steel Fabrication in West Gosford, NSW. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for skilled tradespeople to contribute to the delivery of high-quality steel fabrication projects.

What you'll be doing
Fabricating and welding steel components to precise specifications
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
Operating a variety of welding / Fabricating & Processing equipment, including welders, CNC Machines and more
Undertaking cutting, grinding, and other metal fabrication tasks
Collaborating with the production team to ensure on-time and high-quality project deliverables
Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment

What we're looking for




Extensive experience in steel fabrication and welding
Proficiency in using a range of welding / Fabricating techniques
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Valuable problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
Strong sense of personal accountability
Willing to work overtime when required
