The Company is seeking a Head of Finance and Controlling to join their agile team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance function, ensuring solid financial governance, and providing commercial insight to drive business performance. This strategic leadership role involves overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, as well as managing treasury, cash flow, and banking relationships.

The Head of Finance and Controlling will also be a key commercial partner to the CEO and leadership team, contributing to strategic planning, growth initiatives, and long‑term business objectives. Applicants for the Head of Finance and Controlling position at the company should hold a CA, CPA, or CIMA qualification and have a background in senior financial management within complex commercial, industrial, or manufacturing settings.



The role requires expertise in financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, and audit management, as well as experience in group or multinational structures.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, commercially pragmatic, and capable of building and leading high‑performing finance and controlling teams. A proven track record of leadership, integrity, and attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to translate financial strategy into operational targets and support executive decision‑making.
