Reporting to the Analytical Chemistry Lead, you will be part of a small but rapidly growing world leading company developing a range of superior yeast biocatalysts for biofuels, feed and human applications.
This is a hands‑on role providing analytical support to the wider R&D; team within MicroBioGen. You will work as an integral part of a small team requiring a cooperative approach to manage tasks.

Reporting to the Analytical Chemistry Lead, you will be part of a small but rapidly growing world leading company developing a range of superior yeast biocatalysts for biofuels, feed and human applications.
This is a hands‑on role providing analytical support to the wider R&D; team within MicroBioGen. You will work as an integral part of a small team requiring a team-oriented approach to manage tasks.
Your Duties Will Include
Operation of HPLC’s, GC’s and associated equipment, with training provided.
Troubleshooting, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment.
Method development & data analysis.
Undertaking training as necessary to maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields.
Recent graduate or up to 3 years work experience in lab setting.
Cutting-edge,
enquiring, systematic, and effective work approach.
This is a hands‑on role and requires the confidence to develop skills to analyse and fix equipment and process issues as they arise.
Effective communication skills and strong attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
