About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for showroom visitors and trade customers, providing product advice, processing orders, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist showroom and trade customers
Provide product information and recommendations




Process sales orders and enquiries accurately
Support phone and email customer service requests
Assist with product displays and showroom presentation
Liaise with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth order flow
Maintain high standards of customer experience

What You'll Need
Previous customer service or retail/showroom experience (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and qualified customer-facing approach
Interest in interiors, cabinetry, or building products (advantage)
High attention to detail and accuracy with orders
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Basic computer skills (order systems/email)
