THE OPPORTUNITY
Working closely with the Director, you will assist across:
Buyer management and consistent database follow-up
Prospecting and pipeline development
Open homes and private inspections
Vendor communication and campaign updates
Appraisal preparation and market research
Listing and sales campaign coordination
Building relationships with local owners and buyers
Supporting continued business growth across the Lower North Shore
Developing your own profile, network and future pipeline

ABOUT YOU
You will have a
minimum of 12 months' experience in residential real estate sales
, ideally as a Sales Associate.
You will be:
Confident speaking with buyers, vendors and prospective clients
Comfortable prospecting and consistently following up leads
Highly organised and capable of managing a fast-moving workload
Motivated by performance, progression and earning potential
Professional, energetic and genuinely passionate about real estate
Coachable and eager to learn from a proven high-performing agent
Ready to take greater ownership of your development
Serious about building a successful long-term career in sales
A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, driver's licence and reliable car will be required.
