Business Process Administrator (Bilingual Korean)
Our client Samsung are seeking a highly organised Business Process Administrator to join our Service Division based at Sydney Olympic Park. This is an exciting opportunity for a bilingual qualified fluent in Korean and English to play a key role in optimising business processes, managing financial data and supporting strategic decision‐making across the organisation.
Working closely with senior leaders and regional stakeholders, you'll drive operational efficiency, deliver insightful reporting and help shape continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll be doing
Manage and process service vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely approvals
Analyse service costs and prepare insightful reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management
Identify process improvement opportunities and streamline workflows to enhance operational efficiency




Develop and maintain process documentation, reporting and governance standards
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, resolving queries and ensuring exceptional service.
What you'll bring
Proven experience in business process administration, finance, reporting or data analysis
Strong Excel, PowerPoint and SAP (or ERP) skills
Exceptional analytical, organisational and problem‐solving abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Professional fluency in both Korean and English (written and spoken) is essential, as this role regularly supports and collaborates with Korean‐speaking stakeholders
